The Unitronics V1210-T20BJ (Vision1210) is the largest PLC + HMI in the Vision series: a 12.1-inch, 800 x 600 color touchscreen with a full PLC built into the back. Snap on an I/O module for a self-contained controller with up to 62 I/O, or expand to 1,024 I/O for large machines.
What It Does Well
- Auto-tune PID, up to 24 independent loops
- Recipes and data logging through data tables
- MicroSD card for data logs, alarm history, trends, backup and cloning a PLC
- Built-in alarm screens, trends and multi-language display
- Programmed in VisiLogic, free from Unitronics, for both ladder and HMI
