The HTM Sensors CQP1-3120N-A3U2T is a square shielded capacitive proximity sensor with a 2-20 mm sensing range, an NPN normally open (NO) output, a 10-30 V DC supply and a 2 m cable connection. Capacitive sensors detect metal and non-metal targets alike, making them a good fit for level detection and for sensing plastic, glass, liquids, wood and other non-metallic materials.
